My Journey
With a strong foundation in research and education from SPJIMR, along with advanced certifications from ISSA and ACSM, my journey into nutrition has always been rooted in understanding how health works in real life—not just on paper.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals across diverse lifestyles and health backgrounds—from fitness enthusiasts to those managing conditions such as PCOS, diabetes, and metabolic concerns. My experience spans private practice, fitness environments, and collaborative wellness spaces, allowing me to blend clinical understanding with practical, everyday application.
What has remained constant throughout my work is a simple belief:
